Ironside & Little Italy

Yesterday we went to Ironside near Little Italy to catch their happy hour.  They have some amazingly fresh seafood and a top notch bar.

This small sign indicates that we've arrived at the right location.

Shucking away at the oysters.  So fresh you can smell it.

We started with a dozen.  They were so yummy.

Look at that selection.  Shelfs so high you need a rolling ladder.

I'm guessing you can order fresh seafood here by the pound

It's like I'm on a cruise ship.  Back in the 50s.

Such a sad face.  I don't think he had any of the food.

We took a short walk after to burn some off some of the food before the drive home.

Past by some small boutique stores.  I like the design of this sign.

Salt & Straw has some really awesome ice cream flavors.  But sadly we were too full.

I don't think this guy was selling apples.  But don't the looks fool you he's actually a pretty friendly guy and we chatted a bit as I snapped a few photos.

Interesting reflections coming from the glass facade of the building.

I'd love to come back and do more photography during the blue hour.
